Bangkok guide book for families with kids

At my sons school here in Bangkok a woman was selling a book called "Discover Bangkok With Kids." We bought it and have fallen in love with it. This is not really a book for families with bigger kids, but 10 year olds and under. The book has information on if toilets, baby changing stations, food, a/c, is available at the site. Also, if you're a self-driver - how to get there are park. There are quite a few off the beaten path places if you're in BKK more long term.

I have never seen it at Asia Book or B2S only at her appearance and found the website by googling. Curious if it shows up more, but if you can find it its a great book for families. Anyone else seen her selling it or seen it being sold in a store?
