I don't know the exact lengths but Colegio Benalcazar on Portugal and 6 de Diciembre has a fair sized pool that the public can use. There is also one at Rio Coca and Shyris, I've not been there, but the Quito team trains there, so it must be a proper size. You can't swim while they are training though.
