18,5 Hours transit in Riyadh

Hello,
in 7 days i am flying from Delhi to Frankfurt and i got a 18,5 hours stopover in Riyadh. Am i allowed to leave the airport? Is it possible to get a transit visa at the airport? Is there any chance or anything i can do to get the transit visa?
Thanks a lot in advance

Any time you ask a question about a specific country's entry / exit requirements you must tell us what passport you hold or we can't help you.

i have no problem with sleeping on the airport. its not the first time but what do old or rich people when they have a 24 hours stopover there? they probably dont want to spend the night in the airport. no hotels, no way to get out? just waiting there?

if you're in business class, you can go to the business lounge which hasn't gotten good reviews

Rich people don't have 18.5 hour layovers...in Riyadh, or anywhere else.

The old and rich people do not use Saudi airlines!
The flight from India is mostly used by Indian workers in Saudi and the odd backpacker or NRI travelling back to Europe (there were only 10 transit passengers on our flight from Kochi to Jeddah va Damman). When we had a long transit in Jeddah Saudi airlines did give us a voucher for a meal in the crappy canteen restaurant but that was about it.

Somtimes cheap ticket is not the best option: If you flu with Emirates 1 way online ticket to Frankfurt is 430 Euros. & return is 700 Euros. tranist time around 2 hours.

Falutzel how much did you pay for saudi airlines ticket in total?
