Health Insurance

I am a very healthy 22-year-old US citizen who will be traveling to various developing countries over the next year. I have already departed from the US, and am currently abroad on a WorldNomads insurance policy that is ending soon. I am looking for a new international health insurance policy that covers me if I have a serious accident (e.g. car crash, hit by a car, hospitalization, emergency evacuation, etc.), but I do not want to pay extra for travel insurance (e.g. stolen backpack, canceled flights, etc.). WorldNomad seems to include a lot of travel insurance that I find unnecessary, whereas most international health insurance policies I've seen are quite expensive. Does anyone have any recommendations/advice?

insuremytrip.com is my favorite place to compare policies. Really read the fine print. Some policies are void if you buy them after your departure. Others aren't. I always call up the company I pick out just to be sure. Can't remember who I've used. I think Travel Guard and maybe Access America? I've only had a claim once, but it worked out fabulously.

Good luck!

Hello
Looking for good health insurance then your search ends here According to me its the best health insurance that any can provide it with because we are using it and it cheaper and covers most of the things that a person wants to be covered into the insurance (health insurance). Having health insurance is good because its make us feel comfortable and also relaxed.

Is this true for folks with preexisting conditions. I'm under 40 in good health but I have a health history that makes me unable to purchase healthcare on the individual market. Any ideas. No ideas about what is going to happen with all the Obama healthcare stuff. Hopefully someone has explored this territory.
Thank you
