bus station in andong
i'll be arriving in andong by bus coming from the dong seoul bus station in seoul. do i understand it correctly that there is a new bus station in andong now and it's not longer located close to the train station?from andong the next town i'll go to is gyeongju - travelling on sunday. train or bus - which one is better? and do you recommend buying tickets in advance?

Andong bus station is indeed at a new location a few kilometers WEST of old city center including train station. Nevertheless, ALL eastbound city buses passing the new bus terminal take you to the train station, or they at least terminate no more than 150 meters off of the station building.There are only 2 viable trains Andong-Gyeongju on Sundays: at 11:53 and 17:30. Express buses are 07:30, 11:10, 15:10, 19:00, subject to changes. Net journey time would be almost the same, it's your call.
