Language barrier and hotel booking

Hello
I am hoping someone can help me. I am trying to book a room at Lily Amed in Bali put I am having a hard time. I cannot find an email or website, not sure if one exists. I have called the place twice but unfortunately, due to language barriers, I am not sure if I have a room confirmed or not. The same thing has happened at Berastaggi Cottages in Sumatra. Does anyone have emails for these places or suggestions? We are going in July, and I am worried that the rooms will not be reserved for us after all and we won't have a place to sleep.
Thank you so much

We have found that texting helps (if they have a mob number) as you can also get a reply confirming, helps put your mind at rest.

Look for the number after HP (Hand Phone).

+62 is the country code for Indonesia.
