Like new bike for sale on Utila

For people who might be interested, we bought two almost new bikes (adult size, we are tall!) on Utila and we will need to sell them when we leave around April 8, 2012.

Please contact me if you might be interested.

What kind of bikes? I'm there in the summer and need to locate cruisers.

Mountain bikes. Taller than what most people use on Utila.

Hey there.
My wife and I will be arriving on Utila for april 5th and will need to buy some bikes. We were living there for 5 months and know how sweet it is having one! What kind of bikes are they? im assuming that they are the same as most of those MTN bikes on the island! How much are you looking for them and what kind of condition are they in (Rust wise).
Hope you are enjoying your time on Utila!

I am sorry, I did not make the connection with the other thread! We rented at Eric Rose's place (the road that goes up from the fire station), it's right after Charlotte's bakery, facing the school. We love it! Quiet, spacious and green! We pay $400 (+ electricity + internet) and the landlord is REALLY nice.

We found this place thanks to Mike who works at the Realtor's office above Bush's supermarket. A very nice and helpful guy too! And we found the place 2 hours after we landed on Utila.

Water's edge apartments were all booked, and we actually like it to be a bit remote from the main road!

Thanks for your previous help and sorry for not answering earlier.

Apologies for the wasted time comment, I figured I was being ignored

Glad to hear you found a nice place to stay that's a nice location up there. Yes the main road can be annoying at times. One year I stayed art Maggie's Place across from the BICD and couldn't sleep with my windows open due to the noise of the countless motorcycles buzzing up and down the street.

Yep, Mike can be a real time saver.

Good luck selling the bikes and enjoy Utila.
