Anybody going to Omo Valley?

Hello everybody,

I will arrive in Ethiopia this Saturday and would like to go to the OMO Valley. I am a photographer and very interested in people/culture.
I see the only way to get there is by 4x4, which is a bit pricy for me alone.
Is there anybody with a similar plan so we could maybe share costs?? For me it would be perfect to leave beginning next week...

I had great time in omo valley see my last post. the tour called travel to the trib in jinka was so great and cheep and reasonble price.

I will highly recommand this tour organizer for you if you want to discover omo valley starting from Jinka.

Thanks everybody for the advice. Do you recommend to start the trip to Omo Valley from Addis or better down south (as Arba Miinch)??

Planning trip to Omo Valley with a friend from 3rd - 9th April.
Might be to late for you to join?
Let me know how easy it is to make arrangements and enjoy your trip.
Do let me know if you would be interested even though it will be at a later trip as you initially planned.
