House/guesthouse Goa - Patnem/Mandrem/Agonda
Hi, we are a bunch of people who will be going to Goa next christmas. We are looking for accommodation at the abovementioned beaches. We will be needing 7 or 8 rooms.I have written a post on this subject before, and tried the search engine, but have come up empty handed, so I'm trying again ;-)
We are looking for: Preferably beach front or very close to the beach. Could be a house or a guesthouse. Could also be bungalows, but NOT the usual ones where you can practically see through the walls. Wood or concrete or something of the kind.
We don't care about air con. A kitchen would be nice but is not a must. En suite showers is a must.
Can anybody recommend some places?

You'll have to trawl the net for villa rentals South Goa, but I doubt you will find anywhere with 6 / 8 en suite bedrooms, the most you'll get is maybe a 5 bed house. The only thing I've come up with is...http://www.ownersdirect.co.uk/india/IN351.htm

If that, you will have to find a guest house with 8 available rooms for the time you require, so really you need to find a place soon and book it and then confirm it. You may have to leave some kind of a deposit to be sure they keep your rooms, otherwise they may let them go to a higher bid especially around Christmas.
