accomodation in Yogjakarta

Hello,
We are a family of 5 people who will travel thought south est asia next summer, can you recommend us a hostel to spend there 3 o 4 for days. We would rather choose a family room than double bed rooms.

theres lot hostel to pick in jogja , but i would like to reccomend you a GRIYA NALENDRA GUEST HOUSE because the local architecture design would give different atmosphere compared to others hotel. you could check it in here http://www.yogyes.com/en/yogyakarta-hotel/budget/griya-nalendra/

I am not sure about the above hotel, but just a few days ago, we were 4 in a room at Sartika in Jln Prawirotaman ; we had one family room for 4 with hot water and fan and A/C and it costs us only 250 000 a night ; yes , we negotiated , but this is open season for negotiation as there are many empty rooms ; This should give you an idea of how much it should be for 5 people ; however I have not seen rooms that can take 5 people at the same time ...
