Lisbon to Cádiz and Cádiz to Malaga

Lisbon to Cádiz and Cádiz to Malaga
Hey guys.This summer we're travelling from Lisbon to Cádiz, preferably(!) in one day. From our research, it looks like the only way to go is by bus to Seville(7,5 hours) and then catch a bus or a train from Seville to Cádiz(about 2 hours). Does anyone know if it is possible to do this quicker or easier?
Also, later we're going from Cádiz to Malaga. Do you guys know if there is a direct train or bus connection, or if you have to change during the trip?
