As stated in our Website Terms, if you are using the Sell, Swap & Meet Up branch, you do so at your own risk, but here are some general guidelines:
Listing and selling stuff;
(a) Only items that are related to travel should be listed here - this is a travel forum not a cheap electronics or knock-off designer handbag forum. Posted items that are not relevant to this forum will be removed at our discretion;
(b) This is forum for individuals to sell occasional items. This forum cannot be used to list commercial websites, nor should it be used as your personal online storefront.
(c) If you’re selling something, make sure you’re legally able to sell it, and don’t forget to include any terms of sale. There are some things which you're not allowed to sell (because of laws and/or Lonely Planet's policy). They include: alcohol, animals...

I'm being awarded a trip for reaching my sales goals this year and I want to go to beloved Paris. In order to use my award budget wisely, I'm looking to house sit so I can spend my reward on things other than lodging: like fine food and wine. I'm a sales manager for a large vitamin supplement company and I come with references. Time and date are flexible. Merci! Julie

Hi!
I have a three bedroom apartment in a three flat in trendy Logan Square, Chicago. I am traveling to Spain for the month of February, 2010, and would be interested in a house swap to save money and just have an interesting experience. My place is clean and simple, my landlord (and close friend) lives upstairs.
I am not looking for frills, just laid back simplicity...
Thanks!

Hello we have a 2 bed apartment in Putney SW15 London with underground secure parking. We are looking to swap for a property in France either by the sea or to ski. Our flat is empty and is fully furnished. We will consider something immediately either short or long term. Putney is a super location and has excellent bus train and tube connections into central London. Thank you

I am offering a retreat for a writer, photographer, artist or any like minded independent traveler on board my 32 foot sailboat, which is located in the Ionian, Greece. Wonderful views, great walks, lovely town, ancient ruins nearby. Bring your car or rent one and venture inland. Share my home on the water (you get your own cabin) and see Greece off season. Non-smokers only please. Women preferred.

Anyone interested in living 20 miles from Aspen in a 3 bedroom/2 bath mobile home in exchange for pet care and paying the lot rent and your own utilities - $525 + gas and electric. Internet, Phone, Satellite optional. One bird. Rentals in this area run about $1400 so you'd be saving $950.

Dear mates,
I am looking for an accomodation in Taghazout December 12.- December 16..
Would be happy to share a house/appartment with nice people. I do need much comfort, a couch is enough for me.
I am also able to clean, cook or help in other ways.

Hi,
I see a lot of people would like to complete a house swap or similar but wonder if anyone would like an RV / Motorhome exchange. I have a listing on www.rvworldwide.com (http://www.rvworldwide.com/listing/swap_rv_in_usa_for_south_africa_30004.html#info) and can be contacted there if you are interested. Have a great day and safe travels.
