Travelling buddy in July (India)?
Hi,
So I'm travelling in India from 27 June to 26 July, and am looking to see if there's any groovy travel buddies who might like to join. I don't mind travelling on my own, but a having a partner has its advantages.
I'm flying into Bangalore, then heading to Chennai and surrounds for a bit, then up to Dehli, around the golden triangle, into the deserts a bit then the rest up in the Himalayas.
But I don't really have a plan, that's just what I'm thinking right now.
I'll be going pretty budget (I'm a uni student).
Give me a yell if you might be interested to do some of the journey together.
Trekking-Compagnion(s) for Himalaya right now (Parvati, Spiti etc.)
Hi,
I am Johannes from Berlin, 29, already trekking in India. I did little Chandrakani-Pass, Tosh- and Parvati-Valley (all next to Manali).
I want to go more than one day.trips but I have no tent and gas cooker - all left in Germany. I am searching for a compagnion right now or the next weeks, I am here one month than wanna go to Leh for two month, also trekking :-)
I dont like travel agencies. I like nature, quiet places, drinking water from waterfalls, making fire to cook and eat, talking about many topics or just sit and look to the snow mountains.
I am well trained, did a lot in the Alps. I think, good medium trekker with best shoes for outdoor activities, but not a Mount Everest prof.
Would be glad to find someone or a group to join. Just contact me, then you'll get my indian mobile number and we can talk and meet up.
Greetings from Khir Ganga
Johannes

1st time traveller
Hi
I've been wanting to go travelling for the last 2/3 years but a few setbacks combined with the lack of bottle to actually go alone. I have little excuse now as my temp work is ending and I've saved a bit and not getting any younger :D
I have no specific plans. I'd just like to backpack for the summer around Europe visiting new countries, cities, towns and places. Maybe a euro rail pass. Just want ideas I only have £2500-£3000 but obviously prepared for hostels and cheap meals etc.
Basically looking for someone, experienced or not, to travel with if only just for the first few days/week if need be to 'settle in' to the travelling. Maybe not even Europe if someone convinces me otherwise! Would also love to go cycling around America for some reason.
Be good just to talk to someone online hoping to do similar and preferably under 25 and maybe even arrange to set off togeth...

Travel Partner for South America Trip (Jan 2014)
Hi,
I would really like to travel South America from early January 2014 for a few months. I haven't yet sorted a root but would definitely like to end with the Rio Carnival which finishes March 4th 2014.
At the moment, I'm planning to go alone but would really like to find a travel partner as I think it's always more fun and safer when with at least one other person!
I'm fun, easy to get along with and just want to see and experience South America !!
If anyone is up for it, let me know
Paris :)

Monglia Tour Partners June 3 - June 20
Hi! I'm looking for other people interested in taking tours of Mongolia any time during the dates I listed, June 3 - June 20. It could be either a one week or two week tour. I'm particularly interested in hiring out a driver and creating our own itinerary as that seems cheaper and more interesting, but I'm also open to other (budget friendly) suggestions.

Travel companions and drinking partners.
So I'm heading over to India soon, June 4th. As part of a much larger trip that will see me go to Sri Lanka, Turkey, Lebanon, Israel, Jordan, Egypt, Tunisia and Morocco.
I'll be landing in Mumbai first and am trying to get a group of people to catch up for food and beers. Get drunk and swap stories.
If anyone is interested I'll be camping at the Hotel Windsor in Fort.
Get in touch and we'll see what we can put together.
Cheers.

Japan-Mt. Fuji and Daisetsu-zan NP backpack-July 3-14
Japan-Mt. Fuji and Daisetsu-zan NP backpack
Looking for backpacker/hikers for July 3-14. I lived in Japan (long time ago) and 2 adventures I missed:
Pilgrims route up Mt. Fuji, starting at Fuji-Yoshida. (2/3 days)
Backpacking in Daisetsuzan National Park (5/6 days)
I am planning on flying to Hokkaido backpacking (July 4-10). I’ve scheduled a few extra days for weather, relaxing, sushi binges, seeing other things. Then, returning to Tokyo for Fuji-san ascent (July 12-13).
I’m from Colorado, USA (also posted for Tibet partners earlier), used to speak Nihongo and travel independently, but no longer possess language skills-darn. Japan has many wondrous places.
Please contact me if interested.
Thanks, Sam

from Greece- to India by ROAD (turkey-kazakhstan-Nepal-India-Africa
Hi,
I really travel on a fixed income and explore India and Africa. - (the airplane tickets are what kills me.. otherwise it'd be easy there.. So! Find someone who wants to drive.. ;z) (I can't-due to vision problems)
Currently I'm living in Athens Greece. I just came back from 6 months solo in China ~ 29/m/Californian
I've traveled over half my life.. C. & N America, Europe- all. and around.. but India and Africa not yet. (Tunisia I don't count as Africa)
I tend to sit in open squares and play guitar and sing.. Dance at every party.. and look for live music jams..
I have been a life long vegetarian and I'm a good cook / baker.
I could leave anytime, but of course the older this post goes the more likely i'll be doing something else. ;z)
reply here, or look for Fez Miester on various sites..
Regards,
Fez
