Heya,
Im a female, 21 year old, solo traveller currently in kolkata staying with some Indian friends from uni in Australia and I was hoping to go to Nagaland for the Hornbill festival on the 1st to the 6th or 7th of december. I want to travel there with an Indian friend from Nagaland and stay with his family whilst there but Ive only just found out that you need a pass to go to nagaland at all.
You need a group of at least 4 people to be able to apply for a permit so I am looking for people that are interested in forming a group OR a group of 3,4 or more people that wouldn't mind me applying for a permit with them. I would be very very thankful for help as without more people i will be unable to go at all.

Hello,
My name is Dan, 21 year old male from Sydney. I'll be traveling alone in China in Mid-Jan 2010 and hoping to visit Tibet but require a couple of traveling buddies to share some costs.
I'm hoping to hop onto a train in Beijing around 11th or 12th Jan to arrive in Lhasa on the 13th or 14th Jan. I need to leave Tibet by the 22nd Jan to be back in Beijing by the 24th Jan. I've been shopping around the many travel agencies, and the following is the itinerary that I'm most interested in, provided by Shangri-La:
Jan 13 : Arrive in Lhasa
Jan 14 : Drepung monstery, Barkhor Kora and the markets, Jokhang temple
Jan 15 : Potala Palace, Summer Palace, Sera monastery

LONDON TO CAPETOWN OVERLAND - LEAVING JANUARY 2010
Hi All,
I am planning to drive from London to Cape Town in early January 2010. I originally planned to do this in September (hence the other posts) but had to hang around for slightly longer. January is now set in stone as i'm leaving work for this trip. If you fancy some adventure then read on!
I have a 300 series Landrover Defender called Himba which has been built from scratch to a decent expedition spec and am looking for 2-3 people to join me on this trip.

Hello all,
Here is my itinerary for Jordan. I will have a car for the entire time -- so if anyone's trip coincides with mine and would like a lift and share costs/save some cash, and possibly sightsee together, please let me know. I have booked most of the hotels etc., so I am beginning to be a bit inflexible on departure/arrival times -- that said, I still have some margin built into the trip. Even if you don't need a lift, if you're in the area at the same time, give a shout -- always happy to meet a friendly face. I'm particularly keen to see if anyone is interested to come on the camel ride/camping in Wadi Rum. Cheers!
