As stated in our Website Terms, if you are using the Sell, Swap & Meet Up branch, you do so at your own risk, but here are some general guidelines:
Listing and selling stuff;
(a) Only items that are related to travel should be listed here - this is a travel forum not a cheap electronics or knock-off designer handbag forum. Posted items that are not relevant to this forum will be removed at our discretion;
(b) This is forum for individuals to sell occasional items. This forum cannot be used to list commercial websites, nor should it be used as your personal online storefront.
(c) If you’re selling something, make sure you’re legally able to sell it, and don’t forget to include any terms of sale. There are some things which you're not allowed to sell (because of laws and/or Lonely Planet's policy). They include: alcohol, animals...

Namaste,
I am a fun loving, artistic & experienced 33 year old world traveler. i arrive to Trivandrum, India on Dec. 7th. Looking to connect with another traveler to explore the area for a week or two while I'm there. This will be my fourth winter to India, but I've never explored any place south of Goa. I like to live spontaneously in the moment & go with the flow. A lot of preplanning is not required. If you are interested let me know a bit about yourself.
Lauralie

I travel to the out islands of the bahamas once a year but i want to get to the sparsely settled and uninhabited islands. Im currently working on permits to legally camp on the deserted cays and islands and i should have it soon. No real itenerary, just fun! Looking at probably a two week trip but nothing is set in stone, just gonna "wing it"...lol Anyone wanna play pirate for a while email me at lovetoclimb2000@yahoo.com

I'm planning to visit sometime in Jan or Feb 2010 and climb via the 'normal' south route (depending on conditions). It's given a alpine grade of F so winter climbing gear and experience will be needed.
Most likely the entire trip will be about a week long with a couple of days in Marrakech.
The mountain is 4167m and more info is on summitpost.
Don't hesitate to get in touch if interested. I'll be traveling from the UK with flights being about 100 quid return.
Neil.

Hi! I'm a 35 year old female from New York City and will be traveling in Cuba from 12/23 to 1/2. I will be starting off in Havana for 4 days or so and then am open to exploring the countryside, beaches, etc. Zero interest in Varadero and any all-inclusive resorts.
I'm not necessarily looking to meet up with someone to travel with (not totally opposed either) but drinks/dinner and trading travel info/stories could be fun.
I'm an easy-going, experienced traveler, speak Spanish and enjoy meeting people from any and everywhere and see how the daily life is. I can't wait to get to Cuba!
Drop me a line if you'll be around - thanks!
