Hi! My friend and I are both in our early 30's, coming from Chicago to Barcelona for two weeks in February, then heading to the Canary Islands for another week.
We are looking for accommodations, bars, clubs, etc., that are gay/lesbian-friendly and fun. I speak Spanish and we are hoping for local flavor, and basically a big fat gay-cation that we can brag about back home :)
Any suggestions?
Thanks!

i know there are probably millions of gay men in india who would jump at the chance (though why they should want to, baffles me), but i just got an invitation from a not-so-attractive gent of certain years on a gay site to do just that - "come and visit me for some time and after lots of good sex we can decide if you should move to canada for good". i did my stint in europe and am very happy to be back in india ("for good" hopefully). i have a great lifestyle here, people to do all the boring things in life, am never cold (half-naked as i write this in the middle of december), travel when and where i want to - why would i ever want to trade all this? and for what?

Will be arriving in Buenos Aires on December 30, 2009. I rented an apartment in Barrio Norte for two months. People have told me that New Years Eve is a huge yawn in Buenos Aires. I don't really care, but seeing that I will be traveling solo I just wondered if anyone has any info on gay events/parties/happenings at this time of the year. Ciao and thank you for your feedback.

Dear all,
We are considering a trip to New York in Feb and we would love to hear B&B's you can highly recommend to us. We've had some troubles in hotels en B&B's before, being a lesbian couple. So looking for openminded B&B's in the Big Apple, surely there must be a few..?
Thanks!
Sam
Hi there everyone.
My partner and I will be spending a few days in Pafos on Cyprus. Does anyone know if there is a gay scene? Any gay bars or clubs or at least gay-friendly places?
How is Cyprus with gays? Are the locals tolerant?
Thanx for all the help
Michal

Hi there
How "Gay Friendly" is Cinque Terre, Italy?
I found one listing for a gay-friendly hotel in Vernazza (Locanda Valeria) but it sounds like it's pretty distant from the town centre. Does anyone know of any others?
Thank you.

Arriving Mumbai 1 January for three months of independent travel: Mumbai, down into Goa, east to Karnataka then wandering my way up to Delhi, west into Rajasthan. Interested in the occasional meet-up with fellow-travellers or nationals for a drink/meal and conversation. Only. Can connect via Thorn Tree pm.
