Feldkirch where to go for a drink
I have just registered for the forums and am hoping someone may be able to help. I am bringing a large group of around 170 people to Feldkirch on a driving trip across Europe. We will be staying just one night on Monday 3rd September. The group will consist of people with ages from 18 - 60 both male and female. I would like to provide them with some advice as to where to go for a drink. Most people tend to drink beer as opposed to cocktails or spirits so if anyone has any advice on where they could go I would be very grateful. It will be helpful to know how big the places are if you do recommend anything. If anyone knows where there may be some live music playing on this date that would be great. Thanks in advance. Peter

Should I stay in Getaria?
I am flying into Bilbao a week from now and had hoped to spend five nights in San Sebastian. However, I seem to to have left it too late to find the right apartment to rent for me and my girlfriend. There is an option to spend five nights in what looks like a lovely apartment in Getaria. I had thought about visiting Getaria anyway, but I'm concerned we'll feel a bit isolated there for five days. We don't really want to rent a car either. I've never been to Northern Spain before. If you had the choice, would you rent a dull functional apartment in San Sebastian (not perfectly located, but walking distance from things - we'd also take daytrips out of town) or a light-filled pleasant apartment with a balcony in Getaria?

looking for area for hiking near cinque terra
Hi there,
I'm heading off to cinque terra in a couple of weeks. I will stay there for a while then have 10 days or so to play with... will leave afterwards from Bologna....
I want to go hiking with tent somewhere not too far from there and don't want to go to really high mountains as I'll be walking alone.
I know Cinque Terra will probably be incredibly crowded in August so can anyone recommend an area great for hiking nearby?
Could be a place with a few shorter circular walks or longer treks.
Thanks!

Peloponnese - rural guest house for walking
Anyone have any good tips for a small, quiet and friendly rural guest house/hotel (not self catering) in the Peloponnese area. Want to use as a centre for a week, preferably with walks that you can do right from the door (or at least a short car drive away). Will have rental car.
Any ideas appreciated.
Thanks
Advice for Solo Traveler
Hi there,
Planning to go on a holiday in September - Mediterranean, Spain, Italy, Corsica, possibly Morocco, Tunisia or Egypt. Doing it on my own for the first time.
Used to traveling with partners, friends and family but this summer has proved difficult to organise something together, so doing it on my own. Planning to stay 7-10 days, possibly somewhere near the beach. Looking forward to it, especially the "solo" part. :)
However, I wondered if there are some advice you could share or give to a solo traveler. Anything really - from accommodation to going out, socialising, etc.
Many thanks.
Kind regards,
Em

Hello to everybody,
I need a help about starting my own business in Netherlands. I come from Croatia who is not yet a member of EU so what would be the best practice or best way to start my own business. Maybe someone can tell me what kind of institution in Netherlands will be the best to contact? Or if someone know already whats the procedure for foreigners to do such thing. Any kind of help will be appreciated.

Travel Plan Advice
Hi Friends,
Need your advice on my trip to Switzerland. I'll be doing next week with my Wife. we'll be there for 4 days (Aug 03-06) and flying in and out of Zurich. I mostly plan to enjoy the natural beauty there and avoid visiting any museums/ cathedrals or crowded cities.
Also, I was wondering if I should buy a swiss pass to travel, or would travelling from buses be better and cheaper?
Does a swiss pass give discounts on other tourist stuff (cable ride etc)?
Please help me finalize the itinerary. Will then go ahead and reserve my hotels. All ideas/ suggestions are welcome. Thanks a lot in advance!!

Calais - Dover as a foot passenger & hitchiking
Hi everyone,
I need an advice. Next week we're heading to France and then we want to cross the canal by ferry and get to UK. The only problem is - how. I checked the website of PO Ferries, 1 ticket costs almost £30? That's a looot of money, especially for me.. is there any cheaper way how to get there or some other ferry company?
I read about hitchhiking there, do you know some good spot in Calais, where to hitchhike? Is it really cheaper (crossing the canal with a car)? And what's my chances?
Thanks a lot!

A place close to Groningen
Hey guys
My boyfriend has to be on a conference in Groningen for 1 day. We planed to stay a week somewhere close to Groningen (so that he can easily travel to Groningen by public transport for that one day) preferable at the sea. I just don't have the slightest idea where we should go. Any suggestion are more than welcome!
Thanks in advanced,
Nemi

Travelling around Europe in November 2012 on my own, advice needed
Hi everyone,
I am a 27year old Australian female coming to Europe for my very first time in November 2012 to go backpacking, all by my lonesome. Countries I am interested in are Austria, Switzerland, France, and then I might move on to London.
I have four weeks to do this on 6k (AUD). Is this enough?
Also, is it a bad time of year to be traveling to these parts?
If there are any other female travelers going to these parts of Europe at this time then let me know and we could meet up, to brave the alps together!
Thanks:)
Kat

cheapest way to airport at 4:30am
I have a flight that I must check in at 5:45am, the latest. I am staying in the Odeon metro area in Paris> Does anyone have any suggestions how to get to Charles De Gaulle at that time. The RER and metros begin too late for me to arrive on time for my flight. Thank you.
