Lonely Planet review
An opulent 1652 mansion built by Jacob van Campen, who designed the palace on the Dam in Amsterdam, is now an appealing hotel with a great central location. The 13 rooms vary widely in size and view but all have period decor and mod-cons. It overlooks a canal and small park.
Our independent authors have visited Hotel aan de Dam and selected this as one of our recommended hotels in Middelburg.
