    De Koningsherberg is surrounded by forests and moors, in the quiet village of Anloo. Anloo is located in the "Drentsche Aa" National Park that also contains the first Geopark "the Hondsrug" in the Netherlands.

    The rooms have a private bathroom and a TV. Parking is free at the hotel's own parking lot.

    Restaurant De Koningsherberg serves generous portions of traditional Dutch dishes.

    The hotel is an ideal base for walks and cycling trips in the beautiful area. You can reach Groningen in about 20 minutes by car.

    Please note that De Koningsherberg has no 24-hour reception. Please contact the property in advance for check-in arrangements if you wish to check in after 18:00. Contact details are stated in the booking confirmation. Check-in after 20:00 is not possible.

    Please note that all rooms are located upstairs (on the 1st floor) and there are only stairs.

    Rooms with a bath can be arranged upon request and depending on availability.

    Guests are kindly requested to note that the hotel restaurant is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays outside the school holiday period.

    Please note that breakfast is served between 8:30 and 10:00. Lunch is between 12:00 and 17:00. Dinner is between 17:00 and 19:00.
