The chef imports many of his ingredients (pomegranate sauce, olives and chickpeas) from his Turkish homeland, and real-deal, authentic flavours are the result. Charcoal-grilled meat and fish dishes occupy most plates, and there’s eggplant aplenty for vegetarians.
