Lonely Planet review

This laid-back place began life as a charitable coffeehouse for dockworkers and it still has a fashionably grungy vibe – wood floors, tarnished chandeliers, a giant red-rose mural and antique bath tub. Creative comfort food spans dishes like red onion tart with blue cheese, lamb with artichoke puree and a scrumptious Belgian chocolate terrine. No credit cards.
