Wil’s little stall near the Anne Frank Huis has been serving up freakishly golden crispy frites since 1956. Legions of Amsterdammers swear by them.

    Wil's frites are terrific. He is a great guy.

    I have been eating Wil's frites for 20 years (when visiting from the US) and they are terrific. And the owner is friendly and a joy to visit with. I highly recommend Wil's frites if you need a tasty snack and are near the Jordan community.
