Van Vlaanderen information
One of the best French restaurants in town, Van Vlaanderen has lovely canal views from a raised deck. The fine nuances of dishes, such as smoked duck breast with pan-fried foie gras, roast beef striploin with sweetbread, chicory and truffle jus, and raspberry and elderflower soufflé make all the difference. There are also superb multicourse menus.
