Hemelse Modder information
Celery-green walls and blond-wood tables are the backdrop for equally light and unpretentious food, which emphasises North Sea fish and farm-fresh produce. If there's no berry pudding for dessert, the namesake hemelse modder (heavenly mud) chocolate mousse is a good fallback. The back terrace makes for lovely alfresco dining. The restaurant is a bit out of the way, but worth it.
