Lonely Planet review
A title-holder for room size and personal service, the Toren's communal areas mix 17th-century opulence – gilded mirrors, fireplaces and magnificent chandeliers – with sensual decadence that whispers Parisian boudoir. Guest rooms are elegantly furnished with modern facilities (including Nespresso coffee machines). It also rents historic boats (from €140 to €345 per hour) for private canal cruises.
Our independent authors have visited The Toren and selected this as one of our recommended hotels in Western Canal Ring.
