Lonely Planet review
With its spotless modern rooms, the Rembrandt shines. Most rooms contain pop-art prints of Rembrandt himself, but room 8 is graced with a nearly life-sized mural of Night Watch . Breakfast (€10) is served in a wood-panelled room with chandeliers and 17th-century paintings on linen-covered walls. Take care not to let cute resident cat Bink out of the building.
Our independent authors have visited Hotel Rembrandt and selected this as one of our recommended hotels in Nieuwmarkt.
