The ruined Prasat Phumpon in Amphoe Sangkha, dating from the 7th or 8th century, is the oldest Khmer Ъrah·sàht in Thailand. Amphoe Sangkha is 9km south of Hwy 24 on Rte 2124; veer right through the village at the fork in the road.
