Pattaya Elephant Village
The Pattaya Elephant Village is a non-profit sanctuary for former working elephants. There’s a 2.30pm elephant show (adult/child 500/400B), which demonstrates training techniques, and one-hour (adult/child 900/700B) and 3½-hour (adult/child 1900/1300B) elephant treks. The elephant village is 7km off Th Sukhumvit.

Turtle Conservation Centre
Ko Man Nai is home to the Rayong Turtle Conservation Centre, which is a breeding place for endangered sea turtles. You can get here by joining one of the many boat tours departing from Ko Samet.

Underwater World
Escape the heat and sun at Underwater World with acrylic tunnels that make up a walk-through aquarium. It’s 200m past the Tesco-Lotus shopping centre on the main road south.

Sriracha Tiger Zoo
The popular Sriracha Tiger Zoo sits about 9km southeast of the city centre. The main attraction is the compound of 250 tigers that are involved with the zoo's remarkable breeding program. Visitors can get up close and personal with the babies.
Many people also come for the colourful array of performances, which include the Scorpion Queen, who poses for photos while covered in scorpions, the Amazing Circus, which features a variety of creatures doing bizarre tricks, and recently, the dancing hog show, which is getting tons of press.
