  1. A

    Scoozi

Now boasting several locations across Bangkok, we still think the wood-fired pizzas taste best at this, the original branch. However, if you find yourself elsewhere with a dough craving, you can also get a pie at the Th Sukhumvit branch.

  2. Thonglor

The ever-expanding Scoozi empire of excellent pizzas skilfully tossed and topped before being blistered in a wood-burning oven now boasts branches at Thonglor and Thanon Khao San. Go minimalist and order the tasty napoletana, a pizza topped with little more than mozzarella, anchovies and olives.

  3. Amido's Pizza Garden

Considering how far Pai is from Naples, we reckon they do a pretty damn good pizza here.

  4. East Restaurant

Big Blue Resort's busy chow house, located about 2m from the crashing tide, dispatches the best personal pizzas on the island. The joint fills up around sunset with divers who chuckle at the daily dive bloopers shown on the big-screen TV.

  5. Farango's

Ko Tao's first faràng restaurant spins tasty pizzas and other signature Italian fare. Free delivery. There's a second location on the outskirts of Sairee Village.

It does pizza, Italian and some Thai dishes, served in an open-air covered dining area.

  7. C

    Tanta

The thin-crust pizza is divine and not too doughy, and the service is discreet (you get your meal but aren’t pushed to order every 10 minutes). Tanta offers a great selection of Thai and international dishes. It’s a popular modern place with a raised covered terrace and wood accents.
