Blood-red strawberries, orange prawns and silver fish are laid out alongside kôw đom mùd (rice wrapped in coconut leaves), đa·go peu·ak (taro custard with coconut milk) and gài tôrt (fried chicken). In the centre is a vegetarian pavilion.
