Great organic cooking in a beautiful setting!

We have spent an amazing day at Thai Farm Cooking School about a month ago. Their farm is beautiful and it was great to learn more about these ingredients before you start cooking. Food was delicious and we all cooked it ourselves. Kitchens ( I believe they have three kitchens with 12 cooking stations in each kitchen ) where clean and well-equipped. Staff was friendly and our instructor was funny and knowledgeable. We have had a fantastic day out and have learned a lot in one day. I believe the owners must be very passionate about farming and cooking as it all looked well organised.

Pick your own delicious organic ingredients!

Went here back in 2008. Had a great day out. They picked me up from my hostel, drove us to a market where we got to sample various delicious things - and some not so delicious, like fried grass hoppers! Then a 30 minute drive out to the farm, where we picked out own ingredients. Then learnt to cook four dishes - fresh vegetable spring rolls, green chicken curry, basil stir fry and fried banana in a banana leaf boat.
