Authorities announced in August / September 2014 that they reserve the right to restrict the number of border runs those without visas can do. But not much evidence of this being…

Short Term Apartment Rental: Chiang Mai and Bangkok

Any new resources for researching short term apartment rentals (1-3 months) in Chiang Mai and Bangkok?

In Chiang Mai, I'm interested in the Nimmanhemin and Central Airport Plaza area, and in Bangkok, a location within walking distance of the BTS, but not in a tourist area.

Possible months: January, February, March and April.

Accommodation in Pai?

Hello,

Tomorrow I arrive in Pai, Dec. 26th. Last time I was there was 10 and 12 years ago. I am wondering if anyone could recommend a place. I am pretty open. Possible likes: near the walking street, on the river, cool bungalow, off the tract a bit but interesting place, near any live music venues-love blues. I can afford up to 2000+ Bhat but don't need to spend that much. I will be in town till Jan. 2nd or so. I looked online and what is listed is pretty booked. I know I can just show up and…
