Hi. We live in Bangkok and my husband is going to Europe for work in a couple of weeks so I thought my 3 y.o. daughter and I would head down to Krabi to the beach for a few days. Ideally somewhere quiet and beautiful to just hang out o the beach and swim for a couple of days. I'm leaning towards Railay Beach (west) or Ao Nang.
Can anyone give any accommodation recommendations - preferably not a big resort, don't need room service or kids club, preferably on the beach or a short walk away. B&B…
My daughter and I are planning to visit Samui from November 30 to about December 6. I've finally got my travel plans in motion. Setting off at the end of the year backpacking SE Asia for 6-8months+. I'm flying into Bangkok on December 30th! Exciting times. Say hello if you will be about. Has anyone done New Year in Bangkok before?

Sorry I am new to this and may have missed the answer - but I am traveling South East Asia for 2 months. I have booked a flight in and out of Bangkok. So if we were to stay in Thailand the whole time that would be longer than the 30 days allowed - but we're not wanting to stay that long - we want to travel to the other countries but didn't want to book in advance and just make our way as we go - but do we need to show some form of booking to prove that we don't intend to spend the…
