    Lunch Time During The Weekdays

    roytz recommends this,

Lunch time during the weekdays are one of the highlights of this Hotel.
With around $15 you would get a meal that is bound to fill you up.

    The highlights include:

Make your own pasta- with a chef on the spot you just point at the pasta, sauces and anything in between to put in your large bowl. You can go from spicy to plain or a mixture of everything you can think of, and it's prepared right in front of you.

Make your own sandwich- regarded as the upgraded version of Subway, You have a variety of ingredients to choose from to put into your sandwich. They stuff if up and you eat it up, all to your liking of course.

    Atmosphere:
It could be seen as a blend of a sports bar and a posh restaurant. With televisions surrounding the room you get the latest sports program looming right over your head; just the perfect match for a solo male traveler. For those looking for a more tranquil time there is a outdoor seating area right next to the garden overlooking the only 18 hole golf course in Dar-es-Salaam, a truly picturesque scene. It truly has the best of both worlds.

The service lacks as a hotel but is miles ahead of any other self-serving lunch or sports bar in the world. With the amount of ex-pat's dropping in for their lunches it truly an amazing service, but you could expect better service from one of the top hotels in Dar es Salaam.
