Getting there & away
Minibuses to Roshtqala (5TJS) depart Khorog around noon, except on Sundays, returning to Khorog around 7am or 8am. Occasional transport continues further up the valley, or travellers can arrange to pay for the extra leg to Javshanghuz (around US$15 for the vehicle).
A day trip to Javshanghuz from Khorog costs around US$60 for the car.
