One of the few night-clubs in Dushanbe. Most women in these clubs are prostitutes so solo female travellers should think twice about going alone.

    Dushanbe Nightlife..you gotta dig deep, go hard, or go home

    There's not a whole lot to do in Dushanbe for the light hearted LP tourist in this sleepy town, but if you're adventurous, there's enough to keep you busy at night. Port Saeed is the likely google hit, but it's a dump with some nasty hoes and tons of man-on-man dancing to be subjected to. The Opera Club is a half step above but be prepared to pay 20 bucks to get in the door to watch some lame dancing girls on stage. On equal par to Opera, there's Snape, but good luck finding it. Most taxis will drive around in circles asking other taxis where it's at and you will end up either at Port Saeed or Opera. Snape is isn't that bad but it's on the back side of of a non-descript building with no signage. Better to grab one of the girls at P. Saeed and have her show the way. Then you got the Peoples Bar and the kaoroke club at the Tajik Hotel.. Boooorring unless you have a wingman or a group of people with you.. Now for the penultimate...forget everything above and go directly to the VIP Club. A bit of a drive but by far the BEST nightclub in Dushanbe. I won't even explain it, just go there. Newest club in Dush. You won't be disappointed :-)

    I don't know how the reviewer presumes to know that "most" of the single (unaccompanied) females at Port Said and Vastan are prostitutes. Yes, there are no doubt prostitutes there but their numbers are low when compared to the number of female patrons.
