With Taipei's most celebrated dumplings, Dintaifung is deservedly popular for Shanghai-style treats made fresh to order. Try the classic xiǎolóng bāo (steamed pork dumplings). Very popular with locals and visitors alike, so either phone in reservations (they speak enough English) or prepare to queue up.

    Just get the JV hostel since it's near almost everything! :)

    I said if you want places like this then stay in a Hostel...My guess would be JV since it's friendly and cheap! Always ask the owner for discount...

    Love the foods here but the wait is quite long so I suggest you go buy some Bubble Milk Tea before you started to stand here.

    Dintaifung is good

    The food is good. But, I did not see one local in the room while I was there. I translated it as: not the best deal in town. If you just want a sure bet for good food, you will love this place.

    I love eating with the locals. This place get 3* for atmosphere because it lacks locals. Otherwise, it is a beautiful place.

    Make sure to get their famously good crab meat dumplings! Amazing! The wait to sit down can be 30 minutes to an hour long during peak hours, but once you sit down, the service is very fast, and the food is delicious. Usually worth the wait.
