Lonely Planet review

A hot favourite with Italian honeymooners, this intimate resort (there are only 38 units) boasts a stunning position between endless swathes of white- and pink-sand beaches and bright blue waters. Walk for hours along empty beaches, spend the day in the water or take off on one of many offered water activities. There are free shuttle boats to the village four times a day. The over-the-water suites offer the extra bonus of privacy and are so big and exquisitely designed that you might never want to leave your private dock. All options except the over-the-water standard bungalows have air-con. There’s a dive centre on-site.

Our independent authors have visited Tikehau Pearl Beach Resort and selected this as one of our recommended accommodation in Tikehau.
