Description provided by property
The Hotel Holiday is situated in a quiet place, 8 minutes' walk from Zermatt's centre and only 200 metres from the Sunnegga Express, taking you to the Sunnegga, Blauherd and Rothorn mountains.
The ski slope from the Sunnegga down to Zermatt brings you right to the Holiday hotel. The Gornergrat train station and the bus stop to the Klein Matterhorn are as well easily reachable on foot.
The Holiday hotel offers you nicely furnished rooms with balconies with lift access and superb views of the surrounding mountains.
Your host, Denis Matray, an ex-student of the famous chef Paul Bocuse, creates culinary delights of the international and regional cuisine. You can enjoy your meal with a fine wine from the large cellar.
A generous cold buffet breakfast is served every morning.
Please note that Zermatt is a car-free village. Guests can park their car in Täsch (garage parking) and continue to Zermatt by train or taxi. On request and for a surcharge, guests can be picked up at Zermatt's train station or taxi stand. Please call the hotel when you arrive in Zermatt. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.
