Favoured by the local banking brigade at lunchtime, this is a great place to taste fine local wines over a well-prepared meal. The manzo marinato su letto di spinaci (marinated slices of uncooked beef on a bed of spinach) is perfect with a Merlot. The décor has a classic timelessness, with elegant timber furniture and cream table linen. Knowledgeable waiters fuss around the tables and are only too happy to suggest the perfect Ticino tipple to go with your food.
