Sibiriens makes soup sexy; a table at this intimate bolthole is a prized possession, so book ahead or turn up before 11am or between 3pm and 5pm. The star attraction is the house fish soup of lobster, shrimps, salmon, cream and cognac. Luxe liquids aside, the changing daily menu also brims with tapas, pasta and Med-leaning wines.
