Not the right choice if you want an intimate place to propose: there are 293 rooms here, making it the largest hotel in the city. That said, the aesthetically revamped rooms are bright, airy and contemporary with massive black-and-white photos (with a music theme) covering an entire wall. The facilities are excellent and include a gym.

The company is planning to build three more similar-calibre hotels in Malmö around 2015–16.

Comfort Hotel Malmö is located in the exciting, redeveloped harbour area in Malmö, 200 metres from the Central Station. It offers rooms with flat-screen satellite TVs and free Wi-Fi.

All rooms at Comfort Malmö feature comfortable beds by Dux, a work desk and tiled bathrooms with a bath or shower.

Guests can work at in the on-site gym, which also has a boxing ring. Boxing gloves and kick and punch pads are available from the reception.

A popular breakfast buffet is served each morning in the restaurant. Drinks, snacks and light meals are available in the Lobby Bar. Coffee and tea are available at all times.

Stortorget Square is an 8-minute walk away. The renaissance-style Malmöhus Castle is located 1.5 km from the hotel.
