Inside the Vasacity shopping centre, this is a busy place, especially at lunchtime. It has a bizarre menu featuring almost every known cuisine, from Italian to Chinese, and including Japanese and Swedish dishes.

    NO Family friendly restaurant

    judgementday does not recommend this,

    People, there is much better restaurants in Luleå, than this restaurants that gave a terrible service and you get the feeling that children is not welcome there, that was lunch time. Restaurant is very overated and you get a feeling that the staff is looking over your shoulder the whole time. Of all the six time I visited this restaurant, I just have bad expierences, don't waste your time, visit an other restaurant when you are in Luleå......

    Do NOT waste your time or your money!!

    Last night was the last straw!! This was the 3rd time my partner has had to drive back to the restaurant because they have screwed up the order. Perhaps it is something to do with the fact that so few of their staff speak decent Swedish? I might be an immigrant (my partner is Swedish), but unlike the waldorf, I would not dream of taking a job whereby I was put on the telephone to take people's orders without being able to understand them!! Unbelievable!!
    And to add insult to injury, the food (when we eventually got it) was crap. I got the "4 small dishes" for one person. It consisted of 2 shrimps in greasy batter, and 3 lumps of brown pork meat, in the same greasy batter. The "chicken curry" was the worst I have ever had in my life (and I'm 41). It didn't even taste like curry. This was topped off by beef and onions which was cold. It was rubbish and the price was too high too. I am very angry. The Waldorf spoilt our night. We shall be going elsewhere in future. They are taking the p***.
