In general, restaurants are open from 7am to 10:30am for breakfast, 11:30am to 2:30pm for lunch, and 5pm to 11pm for dinner. French restaurants tend to open for dinner slightly later.
Banks tend to be open from 8am to 3pm on weekdays.
