Introducing Vieux Fort

St Lucia’s second-largest town lies on a vast plain at the southern tip of the island. This is where the azure waters of the Caribbean Sea blend with those of the rough Atlantic Ocean. Vieux Fort won’t leap to the top of your list of preferred destinations in St Lucia but the coastal area is scenic; the town fronts a lovely bay with Maria Islands in the distance. The bay is recognized as a prime destination for kitesurfing and windsurfing.
