Ok, definitely going to go to Mt. Liamuiga for the hike. Can someone tell me if i can catch a bus to the trailhead from the port ? where is the trail head located ? Any idea how much a taxi would be from the ports just in case theres no buses to here? Thanks ....
Ill be arriving via cruise ship on dec 27th at 8am and departing at 5pm. My questions are this, Should i 1) go to Brimstone Hill Fortress in the AM and head to Mt Liamuiga for a hike up in the late morning/ early afternoon ? Is the volcanoe worth going up ? How are the buses to the north to the fortress and also to Mt Liamuiga ? or should i 2) head south to South Frigate Bay and south friars bay ? are buses going to theses areas cause the LP book says they sometimes don't ? Are the beaches nice…
So it seems quite difficult to go from Saint Barth to Saint Kitts and Nevis, maybe it would be easier and cheaper from Saint Marteen ?
All suggestions welcomed
I would like to go from Saint Barth to Saint Kitts around January 13th. Is it possible to sail or is it compulsory to fly, do I have to go to Saint Marteen first ?
Flights seem to be very expensive, are the schedules reliable ?
Thanks for all answers
Planning a couple of days in St. Kitts and hoping to drive myself around. I can't find any car rental agency that offers GPS units. How easy is it to get around without GPS? (I recently spent a couple of days driving in Barbados, and would have been totally lost without the GPS.)
