Lonely Planet review

White Horse is a sparse, modern space with stainless steel decor and low couches and tables. The sound system was working just fine when we visited and, with enough people, dancing may even break out. A mixed crowd of Sri Lankans and expats come here to drink, often spilling out onto the street at the end of the working week.
