Fres Co is a chain of Restaurants that serve healthy food. I say so because what you mainly will find are salads and pastas. Obviously they have more things but nothing with excess of oil. In fact they also make light pizzas that taste delicious. In addition it’s a free buffet, eat all as you can, for only 9.95€.
Before entering, you wouldn’t expect from the outside the spacious sensation once you enter. The premise is filled with plenty of tables, some walls are with varnished bricks that provide a rustic/modern impression, and there is a very large bar on the right hand side. Here you can find lots of shiny iron basins filled with a variety of cold ingredients (salads, pastas, etc) and also a large variety of dressings that I haven’t seen yet in any other restaurant. You can create your own dish the way you most like it. In the meantime the waiter prepares your drink in a glass that later you can refill again. Once arrived at the end of the bar you have to pay, but it doesn’t end here! Once you enter further into the premise you access a second room filled with more tables and at the bottom you’ll find the hot dishes such as pizzas, soups, hot pasta, and depending on the day some other special dishes such as chicken, roasted potatoes, etc. Bon Appétit!  For later, you can find on the left side the desserts and the coffee machine.
What is most important is that, even when it’s crowded, everything is impeccable; the waiters are constantly cleaning, filling the empty basins and taking away the empty dishes of the tables. Even the few lettuce leaves that accidentally fall out when serving your self are cleaned straight away. 
It’s a very good option to go there if you’re visiting at midday the centre of Valencia as it is near the main shop street, the “Colon” avenue, and very close to several cultural monuments. On the other hand, it is also a good option to go for dinner time just before, or after, visiting the movie theaters nearby.
