Palma de Mallorca Airport (PMI) is 8km east of Palma de Mallorca. In summer especially, masses of charter and regular flights form an air bridge to Palma from around Europe, among them many low-cost airlines. In 2012, the airport received 22.7 million incoming passengers, making it one of the busiest in Europe.
The arrivals hall is on the ground floor of the main terminal building, where you’ll find a tourist information office, money-exchange offices, car hire, tour operators and hotel-booking stands. Departures are on the 2nd floor.
