It’s the sort of place where Madrid celebrities are on first-name terms with the waiters, and the name-dropping continues in the kitchen where wunderkind Quique Dacosta (voted Spain’s best chef in 2005) prepares a range of Mediterranean dishes – some traditional, some with the most creative of twists – that you won’t find anywhere else.
