Sidrería Vasca Zeraín information
In the heart of the Barrio de las Letras, this sophisticated Basque restaurant is one of the best places in town to sample Basque cuisine. The essential staples include cider, bacalao (cod) and wonderful steaks, while there are also a few splashes of creativity thrown in (the secret’s in the sauce). We highly recommend the menú sidrería (cider-house menu; €38).
